CCIF is a seven-year, $98 million federal research and development program designed to develop a knowledge base for Canadian child care and to improve its quality. La Caisse est un programme de sept ans que le gouvernement fédéral a pourvu d'un budget de 98 millions de dollars pour la recherche et le développement.
